The chair arrived promptly and in great condition. It took about 30 minutes to put together though the instructions were a bit sketchey it wasn't hard to figure out, and came with all the tools you need to assemble.

The wood is finished very nicely and the cushions fit well and are easy to spot clean with a bit of warm water and detergent...found that out within one day of owning it.

The seating is comfortable, I'm 5'8" and 275 so there is plenty of room and the back height is just fine to lean back on. Another member of the household is 6' and 200 and has fallen asleep in the chair with no complaints about back height.

The gliding motion is smooth and there is a lever on the side to make it stationary.

The pockets on the sides are a bit useless as they are tight and even a tv remote doesn't go in easily, and a magazine is too tall to fit in well with the rolled arm.

When putting on the arm pads be aware there is a right and left one and they each have a tag...I didn't see it and had to change them around a time or two before seeing the tags...duh.

In all it is a good value for the price and the ATG does a great job with communication both by phone and email, and I have confidence that if anything was wrong they would take care of it immediately

The Sleigh Glider with Matching Ottoman is shipped together in one box. Shermag only includes one set of felt floor protectors which I used on the Ottoman. A set should also be included for the Glidder. Although it gets moved around less, it weighs more. I bought two of these sets for our Sunroom which has hardwood floors. Each chair set only had one set of felt floor protectors. So, it appears that it's not a packing error but rather that's how Shermag ships them. That's why I rated quality four stars and not five.
